That's just a risk that isn't worth taking. You'd be hard pressed to find a business that doesn't 'borrow' from other businesses. The reason they do it is because the methods are tried and tested, they just work! Not shallow business advice, just presented in a way that makes you realise all businesses 'steal' ideas from elsewhere. That's the way I see it anyway.
